All Medical Care IPA (individual practitioner association) was established in the spring of 2012 by a group of 10 high caliber doctors and healthcare providers with impeccable reputations with a combined New York City practice experiences of more than 100 years. The goal of the IPA is to strengthen the delivery of healthcare by connecting physicians to meet the challenges of today’s complex healthcare system and bring about positive changes in it. Mr Joel Greenberg, Esq and Ms Claudia Hinrichsen, Esq, with extensive healthcare legal background helped establish the IPA. Imran Hameed, MPH, PhD, is the CEO of the group and has extensive healthcare management experiences which includes board and operations steering committee membership at Healthfirst HMO, director of managed care at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY, physician practice management, medical billing, outcomes manager at Schering Plough pharmaceutical company and related fields. Beverly Slater, RN, has an extensive clinical and management experiences, and is the network manager of the IPA.

Rizwanullah Hameed, MD

Rizwanullah Hameed, MD is the Chairman of the IPA. Dr Hameed is a board certified physician and has been practicing internal medicine PCP and infectious diseases in Brooklyn, NY since 1991. He has been an attending faculty member at department of medicine, chief of infectious diseases, chairman of P & T committee, president of medical staff and a leading admitting physician at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY and he has served as vice chairman of community medicine at Methodist Hospital, Brooklyn, NY.

Aizid Hashmat, MD, a board certified urologist has been a renowned urologist and chief of urology at Brooklyn Hospital, Brooklyn, NY.

Mark Harooni, MD is a board certified ophthalmologist, a renowned retina specialist and a co-owner of a 5 physician ophthalmology group with practices in the Bronx and Brooklyn. He is affiliated with Methodist Hospital, LICH and SUNY Downstate Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY.

Norma Veridiano, MD, MBA, JD, a board certified OB/GYN is the president of a large OB/GYN group in Brooklyn, and has been the chief of OB/GYN at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center, Brookdale Hospital and Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY.

Nanjuandaiah Kumar, MD is a renowned, board certified allergist and immunologist with extensive practices in Queens and Brooklyn for more than 20 years.

Ankineedu Prasad, MD, is a renowned, board certified internal medicine and nephrology physician with extensive clinical experiences in New York City metro area.

Miksha Patel, MD, is a board certified physician and a former chief of physical medicine and rehab dept at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center and is a renowned rehab physician in Brooklyn.

Mark Russell, MD, is a board certified internal medicine physician, has served as deputy chairman of dept of medicine at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical and is currently completing his cardiology fellowship at SUNY Downstate Medical Center.

Imtiaz Ahmad, MD, has an internal medicine PCP community practice in Brooklyn and is affiliated with Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center and Brookdale Hospital in Brooklyn, NY.

Adewale Adenola, PT, is a experienced physical therapist with practices in Queens and Brooklyn.

Madhumati Kalavar, MD, is renowned, board certified internal medicine and oncology physician with extensive clinical experiences. Dr Kalavar has been the chief of oncology at Brookdale Hospital and Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, NY.

Beverly Slater is a Healthcare Professional who has worked and been successful in a variety of venues. By age 22, she was an assistant charge nurse at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center as a result of her sense of responsibility, skill and professionalism even at the beginning of her nursing career. Ms. Slater continued to hold supervisory and clinical nursing positions. In 2001, Ms. Slater met the challenge of difficult times for New York City during 9/11, the anthrax scare and the crash of American Airline Flight 587 all of which took place in the same year. In her capacity as a New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene Public Health Nurse, she offered to work during all three crises to provide assistance to people at this critical time. As a result of Ms. Slater’s exceptional work she was named “Nurse of the Year” at NYCDOHMH in 2002. Currently, Ms. Slater is the supervising nurse for a Transitional Care/Coordinated Care Pilot Program.

Among, Ms. Slater’s many accomplishments are her entrepreneurial achievements and community leadership. While owning her own business, she successfully did product sales in the Southeast and Midwest. Her skills as an entrepreneur include negotiating high level contracts and managing successful projects. Ms. Slater later focused her business on the tri-state area until the birth of her daughter when she began to provide youth and community services. During this time, she was asked to head a coalition of 30 Brooklyn organizations and service providers for Community Counseling and Mediation, a well known and respected Brooklyn agency. In recognition of her work CCM named her “Outstanding Director of the Year for Community Outreach”. Whatever the task, Ms, Slater is willing to accept the challenge using her skill, knowledge and competence to ensure success.
